    Retired Firefighter CHARLIE BURROLA

     
    Charlie Burrola was a beloved Husband, Father and Grandpa. He passed away peacefully on March 18, 2012 and was born October 9, 1936 in El Paso, Texas. He served our country in the US Air Force for 4 years. He devoted 28 years of his life serving as a dedicated El Paso firefighter. He is survived by his wife of 50 years Maria L.; daughter Lucy Gallegos (Agustin); sons: Carlos (Cindy), Michael (Cathy) and David (Brenda). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and one great-granddaughter; brothers, Rodolfo & Francisco; and sister, Dolores and preceded in death by Emma. The family would like to personally thank Martin Foster Care for all their support and kindness. Visitation will be held on Wednesday March 21, 2012 from 5 to 9 with a rosary service at 7 p.m. at Sunset Funeral Home Northeast. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday March 22, 2012 at 1p.m. at Sunset Funeral Home Northeast. Interment will follow at Ft. Bliss Cemetery at 2 p.m. with Military Honors. Serving as Pallbearers will be his three sons, Carlos, Michael, and David, grandsons Gabriel, Joshua, Jacob and Matthew, and son-in-law Agustin. We Love You, Pops!
